Just because you can change out the battery on the sly doesn't change the fact that the manufacturers shouldn't make it so challenging to change them out.Posted by Fullerman on December 30, 2005 at 09:38:09 Pacific Time
- Cracked my Tungsten

I had much success with my Tungsten T and this same operation Dale. It was a little tricky opening the unit up with the "slider" but after the transplant, I can now remove the T from the cradle without it dying. :-)
PDA's that are tethered to the PC don't make for a very good "personal" digital assistant! Hell, they don't even make good digital picture viewers when they are sitting idle on the docks! Who is going to figure this out - my digital camera even does slide shows when docked.
Now I can't wait for my iPod battery to die in 2006 so I can simultaneously throw a 100GB 1.8" Toshiba micro drive in it. I will have that full of music. Count on it.Posted by GadgetGuy on March 29, 2005 at 11:06:26 Pacific Time
