It's more fun to make a laptop bag from an old wetsuit than it is to buy a new one.

- Does Krazy Glue work?

Has anyone tried glueing neoprene with crazy glue? I looked at several "neoprene glues" and the active main ingredient seemed to be "Cyanoacrylate", which I believe is basically what Krazy Glue is.Posted by grifter70000 on August 24, 2005 at 13:52:08 Pacific Time

One thing that is really useful in making a neoprene bag is wetsuit repair glue. It is easier and stronger than stitching. It is only good for end to end seams though. If you want to connect to the lycra portion of the material, you should still use stitching. You can make a really nice bag without a single stich though.

If ebay doesn't work check out your local dive shops that trains divers. I'm sure if you left your information, most would be happy to call you and let you know when they are tossing worn out wet suits.
Or just call these guys
www.rubbercal.com/Neoprene.html
Or do a search on google for neoprene suppliers.
Or check out your local fabric store.Posted by j__z on June 20, 2005 at 09:06:04 Pacific Time

How about eBay? Cheap since there are a LOT of them to choose from.
