- Deliberate Dents?
You must be logged in to reply.
When I (carefully) opened up a Hot Wheels radar gun, I found that the waveguide had a series of six evenly spaced, very neatly made dents in it. These dents run parallel to the waveguide's long axis, 90 degrees from the vertical and are about 2cm apart.
Do you suppose they are deliberate and serve a purpose such as fine tuning the waveguide? Or should I smooth them out?Posted by Halberd on July 25, 2007 at 11:54:56 Pacific Time
