The site is about a home-built, all-purpose machine tool that can do every type of job a regular machine shop does and that can be easily built with scrap material. Although it weighs almost a thousand pounds, the machine tool is capable of doing accurate work on everything from the smallest models to large industrial parts. They sell the plans for it, looks kinda neat. Link.

I have watched this video, and – in fairness – it’s not the best video ever. Mostly it’s static shots with voice narration.
If you’re interested in building a milling machine, you’d likely be better off with Jose Rodriguez’s ‘Build a Milling Machine’
drool…
Beh. Real men do it from scratch: Build Your Own Metalworking Shop From Scrap
That thing is tres cool. If I had ten minutes to myself these days (10-month old boy at home), I’d build one. I blogged it today;

Not bad, though it seems like you’ve only got 2 movable axes when using it as a milling machine. It seems to be much simpler to build than the Gingery (Build Your Own Metalworking Shop From Scrap) machines.
Anyway, I thought I’d take this opportunity to once again show off my scratch built CNC machine.
