David Pogue at the New York times has a round up of “portable hot spots” you can use to provide WiFi wherever you go, including one of my favorite ones – the Junxion boxLink. I use an EVDO card with my Mac and broadcast WiFi when traveling, but you can also make your own StompBox as shown here – from MAKE volume 03. Subscribers can log in and read it now.
