I’m really not sure if there’s enough information to build a DIY version of a TV-B-Gone, but this site seems to be a good start – the device can turn off any/all TVs by cycling through the IR codes for “off” – French & English.
Nice pictures, how about some details? Is RC required? How much could you do without it? How about a goodby-fly: wind it up and set it free.
