Make a thunderstorm in a box

Steve writes – “Sometimes you need a good thunderstorm and the weather won’t cooperate. OK, maybe it’s just me. I cobbled together a fake thunderstorm from bits and pieces lying around the house. The components are:

1. A CD deck
2. An amplifier with line in / line out (actually a broken boom box)
3. A color organ
4. A lamp
5. A speaker
6. A CD of thunder”

Boom, the video is fun – Link.

No, you’re not the only one who needs a good storm fix once and a while. I don’t know how long I can live in Cali without a good supercell.
