High speed photo is really cool, but does anyone have any instructions on how to make high speed video?…you know “Mythbusters style”. Somewhere 500 – 1000 frames per second.

    Have a nice weekend!

Hi Richard. We’ve got some information on CreateDigitalMotion. Unfortunately there’s no cheap way of capturing seriously slow motion/high speed video. However you may be surprised at how cheaply you can hire high speed cameras if you have a particular requirement.

The SnapShotII strobe light used in this video can be modified to turn it in to a faster flash. This mod also helps the flash turn off faster, so there is less motion blur on the trailing edge of a projectile. See Speed up the SnapShotII Strobe Light for details.
