“This is a maker’s maker’s maker. As found outside the cafeteria of a national lab in Tsukuba, Japan, this is a 60’s VW Van converted into a mobile barrista. Note the homey details on the inside (wooden decks, tiled counters) and the generally comfortable feeling that it evokes. A fantastically clever mixture of japanese efficiency and european design.     no, good coffee is everywhere here in Japan. There’s a similar van in southern Japan made from an old 50’s toyota truck. I’ll see if I can find a picture of it.

    I don’t know why the one I’ve seen advertises selling bananas tho.
