I just put up a quick how-to on modding t-shirts to fit curvy people, since freebie shirts are rarely girl shaped.

For bonus points, I used last year’s Maker Faire shirt. Actually, it was just my worst-fitting shirt that I still really wanted to wear, so I had to do something about it.
