This clock is a nifty, simple concept that could easily be reMade for a whole lot less than £75–and be done before the official product hits the shelves in a week!

I saw one of these in a Discover store in South Carolina for far less than £75. It was kinda cool, but the possibility of getting the numbers scrambled makes it less than useful.

It might be interesting to hack up a wireless version…

Awesome design, makes me want to build my own right away :)

SpaceMooseMasterOfTime> The digits seem chained on the wire so you can always reorder them. Wireless is another story :-)

Totally go wireless! It would be useless, but totally cool to put magnets and reed switches or something in each cube so you can switch them around, and each would automatically assume a the correct digit by understanding what is to the left of it. You would only need 2 bits for a 4 digit display.
