      After trying to email nataliezdrieu Editor-in-Chief of CRAFT, http://www.craftzine.com, and getting a reply that that email user no longer exists, I went to Amazon and bought the book! Everyday Crochet by Doris Chan. Amazing crochet book; good price for used which was just like new.
