I normally applaud needless use of technology, but this is really a waste of good parts.
The computer vision is only used to sense movement and the servo is only used to blast the entire area.
The exact same function could be implemented by a garden sprinkler and a proximity sensor.
what exactly does “one shot one kill” refer to here? this thing fires randomly when excited. maybe you should replace the marines logo background with the blackwater logo.
With another servo, and just a little bit more tweaking–you could have it aim and hit the ‘rabbits’ dead on every time.
Oh, and your garden looks like grass. Might want to weed a bit more often.
Very impressive stuff! I wouldn’t say it was a waste of parts either, the camera catches the hilarity of surprised rabbits. But I agree with dragonphyre, a few more servos and you could snipe those rabbits and make it seem more intimidating.
I also think an alarm/siren would make a good addition. Just a quick beep is all. You could turn it off at night using a photocell (and maybe switch to a strobe light).
