Nice review of Best of MAKE!

Much has been made of the rise of the geek thanks to the way in which computers have really come to define the personal experience of many in the 21st Century. Part of that perception just plays into a stereotype that has been around since before the advent of the computer age — so-called geeks are still presented as goofy guys sitting in rooms with physical ability beyond programming software.

Enter “The Best of Make,” a compilation from Make Magazine that gathers not only 75 projects that almost anyone can try at home, but which also function as 75 reasons the stereotypes aren’t worth paying attention to.
