Im living in France for a year to study the language so I doubt I qualify, but I must say how impressed I was when I moved here. They charge you for plastic in the stores and have cheap recyclable bags that they sell at the cashier. Most people bring bags from home when they shop. Europe is definitely ahead of us back home when it comes to recycling other things also, like water. All toilets out here have two flush knobs to use depending on how much water you think you need when you flush. Theres a lot of other things also, but I dont want to ramble on. The bag is adorable! I will buy one for sure when I move back home!!!! Happy New Year!
