Repurposed Zipper Bag

Yarncraft

Kim Chaloner repurposed her Robeez (baby shoes) bag to work a two color knitting project. The rope handle can be removed, creating two perfect coated holes for yarn. I’ve seen these plastic zippered bags for other products, too, and the smooth surface allows the yarn to spin around the ball inside quite easily. Perfect for traveling with a multi-color project, which can often be a nightmare. – Link.

Yeah, Kim! One of the most inventive and dedicated repurposers I know!

I’ve been doing this for a while! Clear packing tape quickly repairs any hole and tears caused by needle of hooks!

Ah, great idea and here I’ve been using a plastic ziploc bag all along :)Which also works well tho, you just loc the middle then have both types of yarn feeding from each side.

I’ve been doing the same thing with my Robeez packs!! Really good tip.
