    cool remake i wonder if he say the water fall in the jeep booth at the last auto show i think that was in Detroit it was pretty impressive kinda reminds ne of the fire music pipe!!!

    this was actually an original concept by one of my college professors Steve Pevnik. all around great guy and very innovative. the original software was neato, you just drew the water pixels like a light brite.

    he was actually featured at the opening of the olympics with a version that was fully 3-d

    sorry i don’t have a link but he was a prof at UW-Milwaukee, i think he still is.

    saw exactly this one on the “fusion”-festival 2006 in northeast germany. (burning man in small ;D) and was amazed. we stood there for 20 minutes reading stuff displayed which was picked randomly out of online newspapers’ headlines. took a while until we recognized there were actual words because we were standing too close. this thing was nearly completely covering the entrance of a hangar so you had a good chance to get wet when you wanted get in or out..
