FatFree Vegan Kitchen shares a recipe (if you can call it that, it’s so easy!) for the quickest pineapple sorbet you’ll make all summer. I’d love to tweak this with a bit of fresh basil added too.

Oh my gosh–this really was so easy! And delicious too. Both of my parents are on a diet so when they came over tonight I decided to give it a try. It’s sweet enough but not too sweet–perfect dessert! Thanks for the recipe. Lyndsay
