If you haven’t been checking up on The Great Internet Migratory Box of Electronic Junk (TGIMBOEJ) project in a while, there are a number of things that have been going on:

There’s a TGIMBOEJ Wiki, with box tracking, links to blog reports and Flickr sets, details on starting boxes, lists to join to get a box, etc. There are 19 boxes listed on the wiki.

There’s a TGIMBOEJ Group on Flickr.

There are “Microboxes” in circulation.

And there are TGIMBOEJs now starting to float around on other continents.
