    Dissolved the foam in gasoline?!… That seems like a bad idea for a bunch of reasons. Just use your fingers, chisel, wire brush…. its just Styrofoam…..

      I agree 100%. Even if it takes a long time, at least you lessen the risk of a trip to the hospital.
