I love this simple hack for getting at a particular section in your notebook a little more quickly.

Easy to keep a few of a few colors in the back.

Use color codes where it makes sense.
The thin one for general markers.
the wider ones to “label” the section with text.

I could swear I saw this on Make: a while back, over a year ago. I _know_ I saw it on Lifehacker.

I much prefer the “innie” tabs to “outie” post-it flags. I
tried it and took it further, using a large round hole punch to make semi-circular cutouts. The hard part was keeping them lined up, since the punch would only handle 5-7 pgs at a time.

You’re correct, Wilson! I made the rookie error of posting without searching first. Either that, or I’m Gareth from one year in the past!
