For bonus holiday applicability, it looks like a heart when knit in red. Make two regular mittens to go with it, or just put your free hands in your pockets. I agree with evanlivingston…what does this have to do with making anything?
I thought this was a nice idea and if I could knit then would consider giving it as a gift to two certain people.
The smitten has a knitting pattern and even if it didn’t then it is still a good idea that somebody with the skills could make their own version of.
Cool idea…if only it hadn’t already been done at least twice…

What Evan said. I spend more time marking Make posts as read in my feed list than I do reading them. Also, putting your hands in each other’s pockets is more fun.
