    What’s with all the pipes at crazy angles up the walls, is it a sprinkler system in case of fire or cleaning up hackers after all night sessions?

      Those pipes are actually the existing fire sprinkler system for the building. I believe they’ve been there since before the attic was a usable floor. The entire building used to be a candy factory, and that company (Startup’s Candy) is still in business next door.
