Yoshihito Isogawa’s ingenious centrifuge uses Lego Power Functions (think NXT without the microcontroller) elements to power it, and uses a IR remote control to start and stop! [via The NXT STEP]

    uhm… that’s neat and all, but isn’t it more like a tethered hover-car than anything likely to produce 7.3G? (yeah i know… what did i expect? it’s made of lego)
