You asked, we’re delivering. We’ll be covering various casting and molding, materials and techniques in this very awesome Make:NYC. We’ll be focusing on small object replication for rapid prototyping. Participants will be making their own rubber molds and casting resin parts with provided materials.

    How about a Maker book devoted to casting and molding? (hell, i’m so ignorant i don’t know what the difference is between those two) Optimally it would be edited by Adam Savage, of course.

    we need some of these events in San Diego, California. They always make them in the San Francisco area, and it’s not that close by.
