Circuit Board Table

Prompted by the Circuit Board Bench that we posted yesterday, commenter GuyInMilwaukee pointed us to his beautiful Computer Board Table. It’s actually made of two tables, one on the inside to hold the computer boards, and one on the outside, that acts as the surface of the piece. Shadyman asked him how he chose the components to display, and it turns out that they are from his first computer:

It’s mainly made up of boards/drives from old Intergraph 6000 series machines built in the late 80s early 90s. They had nice big boards.

It was a good way to keep around my first real computer after I could no longer find parts to keep it working, an Intergraph 6880 with Edge II graphics. I learned computer modeling, rendering and animation on it and think of it as a mentor. There are also old 2800 baud modem parts and other random parts collected over the years.

No real pattern other than just getting it all to fit together like a puzzle. The LED lights along the perimeter worked out better that I had hoped. I have it wired so it automatically goes on when it gets dark.

If you’re thinking of the original Microsoft Surface tables, then of course its going to be better. One question, would you pay $10,000 for a Microsoft product?

This is truly a table for a geeks paradise. As much as I love technology and having things that are unique and different around the home, I just can’t see this table anywhere. Now, throw a chromed up V8 under the glass, and now we’re talking.

That’s a rather useful way to recycle old circuit boards. The circuit board table is different but I like it. I’d have one in my man cave.

You post inspired me into making my own computer parts coffee table. Like the author’s, it is made from dark walnut but I designed it differently.

FABIAN DELPH: Whether Delph failed to warm up correctly or was still bearing the remnants of his recent hamstring injury, leaving the pitch after two minutes is never a good look. With Fernandinho seemingly back in form at the Etihad, another injury is the last thing Delph needed to kickstart his Manchester City career. Hodgson too will be wary of trusting pesky muscles in his tournament squad.

    Follow Rumors Closely

The potential bettor should consult reliable sources to keep track of rumors involving possible transfers of players. There are many Internet sources available keo do truc tiep for use to keep up to date on the latest rumors of what players may wish to be transferred, what teams may be looking to transfer players, and whether possible ownership changes may lead to players being transferred to other clubs or tip free chinh xac nhat from other clubs.

  44. nhan says:

    AUSTIN’S UNITED LINK WAS A NON-STARTER
When Charlie Austin was linked with chơi cá độ bóng đá qua mạng Manchester United last month there were a few eyebrows raised, not least at F365, and that now appears to be the correct reaction because the striker has denied he was ever a target for Louis van Gaal.

While Van Gaal has plumped for Monaco ti le cuoc bong rookie Anthony Martial for £36m up front, Austin was going for £15m, still the move was a total non-starter, according to Austin.

Austin told talkSPORT: “No. That was never on the cards. Not from what I’m aware of.”

Just how Austin remains at QPR is one of the transfer window’s biggest mysteries. The 26-year-old has scored four times already this term, and that’s on the back of an 18-goal season in the Premier League with a relegated side. ty le ca cuoc bong If he was from a Ligue 1 club he would have gone to United for err, £36m?

  45. nhan says:

Looking at the profit/loss (P/L) summarie độ bóng đá online in the ‘Totals’ column, adding together the first six rows of odds clusters produces a loss of -2,564 units, based on a flat stake of 100 units per bet.

Essentially this means if the away team was pricedas a clear favourite or close to the home team’s prices, they won less frequently than the probabilities indicated by their odds. The last of these first six cluster groups closes at away odds of 2.90.

Look at the second row of the table. The odds cluster between 1.66 (implied probability 60.2%) and 2.00 (implied probability 50%) contains 83 matches and, if the odds had been ‘fair’, 55.1% (60.2% + 50% / 2) of the away teams priced in this group should have won.

As you can see, this was not the case! Of 83 games in five seasons only 43 were away wins (51.8%).

Therefore, punters huong dan ca cuoc bong da tren mang who regularly backed away favourites in the Bundesliga during 2010-15 surrendered ‘value’ in their bets to the bookmakers. When this happens, only one side of the deal wins in the long-run; invariably it isn’t the bettors!
