My friend Gary Peare informed me that the next issue of California Freemason magazine is devoted to craft artisans. If you fit the bill send a “detailed email” to communications@freemason.org.

They are looking for people with personal or professional experience crafting goods in any of the following fields: Furniture, Woodworking, Leather, Tile design, Glass & metal, Stained glass, Pottery, Sculpting, Jewelry & clothing, Tattooing, Knitting, Needlework, Weaving, Musical instruments.

  1. I can’t speak for the Grand Lodge, but I believe that by “craft artisans,” they mean artisans of the “craft” of Freemasonry, so the list above would need to be interpreted as lodge furniture, masonic jewelry & clothing, etc.
