In the Maker Shed: ProdMod LED Video Light Kit

ProdMod LED Video Light Kit

Have you tried taking video using your digital camera but never seem to have enough light? Solve that problem by making your own LED video light using the ProdMod Kit from the Maker Shed. With this second-generation kit you’ll transform a simple battery holder into a fully functional LED video light that you can attach to your digital, film or video camera. Also works great as a wide angle flashlight.

Well I don’t feel its actually worth it. I would be better of buying a cam with some nice LED flash light and better optics rather then spending money on this attachment..

It’s on sale for $15, comparable to any number of cheap LED lights. And the light is actually camera agnostic — It’s a cheap lighting option that can be used with any camera. Just like they make expensive video lights that can also be used with any camera, expensive or cheap.
