The Black Hole is an elevated whirlpool built by Michael Yates. Visitors at Maker Faire Bay Area 2011 climbed up the stairs to witness the balance of gravity and centripetal force as they stared down into the vortex.

Fill a 2 liter bottle 90% full of water. Cover the mouth with your hand and invert the bottle. Move the bottle quickly in a tight circle to get the water swirling in the bottle. Move your hand. You’ll get the exact same effect.
This is a very good
article, I think there will be many people like it, of course, I was one of the

Yup, yup, and yup.
Serious bloggers are still around and the others hopefully are going to
reconsider all their time spent on social media. The landscape is changing
again and it’s a matter of priorities.

Wow. I’ve had the same experience with Whirlpool. They are a joke.
They’ve delivered two bad refrigerators, the first had a bad circuit
board, the second had a leak. The “customer experience center” has
interminable wait times and often hangs up on the customer before you
get a live person on the other end. No one from Whirlpool can help, nor
do they seem interested in helping. Whatever line they’ve fed you about
customer care is total crap. Try getting through to their customer care
center and then write a follow up.

I agree. I have bought whirlpool products and they suck. Rather buy AEG.
I bought my AEG washing machine 10 years ago and it is still working
like it is brand new. Not one problem. 3 years ago I bought another for
my cabin. Also no problem.!!!

I hope The Simpsons show goes on for decades and decades, and is just a
TV staple that never goes away. It works on so many levels. I agree
with Matt though, I miss the element of the show of The Simpsons
struggling with money and being poor. The show has gotten silly and
relies on gags and things too much, but that’s just how the show moves
with the times. If they keep making this show, 10 years from now, it
will be different.!
