Earlier today Gareth had the idea that we should run an image gallery of the great clothes worn by people who come to Maker Faire Bay Area 2012 (taking place now). So Gar and I went out and snapped some photos of folks wearing interesting outfits. We’ll post another gallery later, because there are so many great outfits here at the Faire!

wow, disappointing gallery. I thought we would see something creative and cutting edge. Nerds standing around in tee shirts and jeans with koolaid in their hair isn’t exactly fashion forward or “cool” in 2012.
They are having fun…
Then go to a fashion show with professional models wearing the most uncomfortable clothes imaginable and looking bored, or some comics convention where people are trying to look exactly like someone else’s copyrighted characters. These people are just hanging out and having fun and being cooler than you could ever dream of being with your attitude. Too bad for you!
Awesome! Looks like a lot fun is being had
I had as much fun people watching as I did checking out the exhibits. Lots of cool costumes and fun inventions and sights. Thanks!
Seeing Grant Imahara in a dress is cool though.
