Join the MAKE team on Sunday (9/9/12), virtually or in person at the MAKE offices, for our first 3D Print Shop Weekend.

Visit us at 3pm PT on G+ (google.com/+MAKE) for a sneak peek of the action, a chance to hear from the 3D Printing community, MAKE editors, and more.

This is one of the few occasions where this many 3D printers have been brought together in one space and the first time some of these printers have ever been seen in the wild. In addition to our MAKE editorial team, we have brought in a number of 3D printer luminaries to help us with testing and evaluating for MAKE’s Fall Ultimate Guide to 3D Printing (available November 13, 2012), including Keith Ozar, Matt Griffin, Ethan Hartman (all formerly of MakerBot Industries) and John Abella who will be running World Maker Faire’s 3D Printer Village (for the 3rd year)!

And, if you are in the Sebastopol area on Sunday afternoon, MAKE will be hosting an Open House in our offices from 4pm-6pm. You will get a chance to meet the MAKE team (including Dale Dougherty, Gareth Branwyn, Sherry Huss, Goli Mohammadi, Melissa Asher Morgan, Keith Hammond, Rob DeMartin, Brookelynn Morris, Eric Weinhoffer, Eric Chu, Brian Melani, Katie Kunde, Vickie Welch, Nat W-H, Nick Raymond, Dan Spangler, Jake Spurlock, and other), our special 3D printing guests, and see fifteen 3D printers in action!

MAKE’s offices are located at O’Reilly Media, 1005 Gravenstein Highway North in Sebastopol, CA.
