The other day I wandered out to the garden and looked fondly at my yellow wax bean crop, wondering what to do with them. An image I’d seen on Pinterest a while back sprang to mind, and that night we ate green bean bacon bundles. (Well, yellow bean bacon bundles, but you get the idea.) I unfortunately failed to get a photo because they were eaten SO FAST. Incredibly easy and delicious–a great way to impress your dinner guests!
