Today I hosted another installment of my Google+ series Food Makers. The hangout was on modern cuisine and technology. There were guests from Hong Kong, China, New York City, and L.A. Pretty cool. The panel included some of the folks from Nomiku, the Haxlr8r/Kickstarter darlings who have created a home-use immersion circulator. What’s an immersion circulator? Watch and find out. Other guests included “Cooking for Geeks” author Jeff Potter and the guru of culinary technology Dave Arnold.
