Hey there all you Bay Area makers and 3D printing enthusiasts. If you want to join the big MAKE Meetup on 3D printing and are near San Francisco, head over to 3D Systems’ office at 431 Tehama Street. Starting at 6pm, they’ll be hosting a meetup with plenty of food and drink. They’ll also have five Cubes on hand and will offer demos and let people play around with the printers. You’ll also be able to tune into MAKE’s Google+ Hangout On Air, live and online at 6pm PT (9pm ET). Come on over!

can’t make it to the meeting – being in SF for the weekend only, is there any place to buy a cheap/simple 3D printer or DIY kit?
Sorry to use this function but this is the only hook I have to ask for 3d printer shop in SF.
greetings kai
