Nootropic Design (creators of the Defusable Clock kit) are bringing the “noisy stuff” with the Audio Hacker Shield, which

allows you to perform realtime digital signal processing. Record audio samples into memory and play them back. Mix samples, manipulate audio, build audio effects, or synthesize entirely new sounds. All with Arduino programming!

Sounds awesome! Nootropic’s DJ Shield adds 3 pots and 5 buttons and can be stacked on top, as seen in the pic above. The Audio Hacker Shield is shown below.
