Now at World Maker Faire New York, these books come to life on our Make: Electronics, Maker Shed, and (new this year!) Make: 3D Printing stages.

“Getting Started” presentations are designed and written by MAKE editors to help demystify the primary maker tech platforms. We program them multiple times a day, both Saturday and Sunday, so that fair-goers have as many chances as possible to get great beginner tutorials.

Sabrina Merlo

Sabrina is the Maker Faire Program Director. She works on stage content for the flagship fairs (Bay Area & New York), and also runs Maker Faire’s licensing program for locally and independently produced “Mini” Maker Faires. She also co-creates the East Bay Mini Maker Faire in her town, Oakland, CA.
