The Maker Shed is delighted to announce we’ve partnered with a global distribution company to dramatically increase the number of countries we serve from 59 to 210 — welcome India, Brazil, China, Singapore, and 140+ more!

Just shop www.MakerShed.com as you usually would, and GlobalShopex will handle the checkout when you pick a country outside the U.S. Your cart will be in your native language, you can pay in local currency, and best of all we now have multi-lingual customer support.

    Well, so far I’m not too thrilled with the new service. I placed an order on the 18th of September, and the order has not been shipped yet, a week later. So far I’ve emailed them asking for an ETA with no response. Kind of frustrating.

    Considering at the beginning of this month I ordered a few items from MakerShed using your original shipping service to Canada, and that was flawless, the package even arrived faster than expected.

    So for now, the new GlobalShopex service is very lacking by comparison. Hopefully this gets resolved, because I’d like to continue ordering kits and whatnot from your store.

    Thank you for being patient. There have been some initial delays while we work through the testing phases and a few kinks in the transfer of information between the two companies. We are continually refining our process, and trying to figure out ways to further streamline operations.
