Raspberry-Pi-Week_banner

The Raspberry Pi is redefining the term “super computer.” The little, $40 computer has fired the imagination of makers and educators around the world since it was introduced two years ago. As we kick off a week of Raspberry Pi projects, tutorials, and videos next Monday, Feb. 24, in celebration of the Pi’s second birthday, we’re launching a contest for creative and original Pi projects. We’re looking for original, creative, and well documented projects. The contest is open from now until Feb. 28.

Here’s what the winner gets:

  • A $500 coupon/voucher to spend at the Maker Shed
  • Coverage of his or her project on makezine.com

To get you thinking, have a look at the entrants to our Raspberry Pi Design Contest from last year. Also check out the Raspberry Pi tablet–the PiPad.

Submit your contest entry here. Please enter your name, project name, email address, phone number, and clear, comprehensive project build instructions with how-to steps for successfully reproducing the project (and any photos, videos, or digital assets, if available). Submissions are due by 11:59 PST on Friday Feb. 28, 2014.
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
