Wanted: Arduino Projects for Arduino Day

arduioo-week

March 29th is world wide Arduino Day—a full 24 hours of celebrations in honour of Arduino’s first 10 years, and all through next week MAKE will be celebrating in our own way. We’ll be sharing the best and the brightest Arduino projects we’ve featured here over the years, as well as building some new things. We’ll be taking a look at where the Arduino has been, and where it might be heading, and hopefully talking to a few people in the community.

The exclusive Make: Special Edition of the Arduino Uno.

But we’re also looking to you, because we want to feature your original projects here on the MAKE blog. If you’re not going to be able to show off your project at your local Arduino event on Arduino Day, maybe you should show it off to the world? Or maybe you’ve been itching for an excuse to sit down and build something new? Or is someone wrong on the Internet, and you want to write the definitive guide teaching people how to use a particular sensor, widget, or gizmo, with the Arduino?

Send a summary of what you’re thinking about to alasdair@makezine.com with “MAKE Arduino Day” in the title. Be sure to include any technical details about your build—things like what you did and how you did it—as well as some pictures, or maybe a link to a video of your project in action. We’d love to show off your project for you.
