DiResta: Push Sticks

Many people ask me about the branded push stick I use in my videos. Here you can watch me create the initial design using Adobe Illustrator on a Mac.

I then import the file into V-Carve Pro on the Windows computer I have dedicated to the ShopBot unit used to cut the material. The material is King ColorCore polypropylene plastic, often used for CNC signage. The material has a contrasting color as a core, so when it is carved into it makes for bright readable sign designed to last outside in the elements. Here, it makes for a durable push stick that will last in the shop for long time. The magnets are added to keep the push stick close and ready to use. Enjoy!
