Lily Hevesh, aka Hevesh5, is a professional dominoes artist. Who knew there was such a thing? And what exactly is that job description? “I design and build intricate domino setups and chain reactions for your entertainment and for commercial projects,” she writes on her website. Most recently, Hevesh5 achieved one of her most ambitious builds, the “Amazing Triple Spiral.” Watch the painstaking build and the incredibly chain reaction tumble in this video.

Hevesh5 spent 25 hours over eight days building this lovely and impressive triple spiral structure which required 15,000 precisely-placed dominoes. Not a single one fell over the course of the well over a minute of domino-cascading thrills and chills. Lily is pretty sure that this is 15,000 domino reaction is an American record for longest domino speedwall.

You can learn more about Lily/Hevesh5 on her website and YouTube channel. She has a bunch of other extraordinary domino set-up and chain reaction videos.

This one is known as a “screenlink.” Each clip is created separately, then edited together to make it look like one long setup. This domino build and reaction was a collaboration between Hevesh5 and another domino builder, SuperMarMarMan1. Hevesh5 did the first part of the video (on the white floor) and the second half (brown floor) was made by SuperMarMarMan1. I like how this build incorporates stick bombs (Popsicle constructs under pressure), piles of plastic cups, and other materials besides dominoes.
