- Bussed resistors
You must be logged in to reply.
on the H-bridge, I'm a little confused about the 47 Ohm bussed resistors - the exact digikey part number is for a 5 resistor (6 pin) part, while there are only holes in the board for four pins. If I zoom really close on the side view picture of the H bridge, it appears that the last 2 pins are cut off. Am I seeing this right? Would a 4 pin version make more sense? I'm no electronics gugru -am I missing something?
And for the motors - check out Allelectronics.comPosted by bengineer on July 22, 2010 at 19:34:58 Pacific Time

Has anyone had any luck with the wheel char motors for this? I've tried lookind around but there are so many variations it's hard to know which ones will work best. I want to be able to get up hills but I don't want it running around the yard at 20MPH :-)Posted by rward06 on July 12, 2010 at 13:53:37 Pacific Time
- MOSFETS

Would it be possible to use another type of mosfets? For example IRLZ34N (type-N) and IRF5305 (type-P). If so are there any considerations when building the circuits? For instance a change in the resistors?

I am wondering what you use to upload the programs to the circuit boards. I am not very familiar with this type of stuff. If you know the steps of doing this can you please add them.Posted by drdewy on June 06, 2010 at 07:32:46 Pacific Time

How much cash should I have set aside for this project?Posted by Jay W. on June 06, 2010 at 06:12:29 Pacific Time
- PDF Board And Schematic

I would like to build this, but the .png image of the board isn't very helpful. I think you should make a PDF of the board without the silkscreen part and with the traces in black and no background color and a PDF of the silkscreen layer on it's own. A PDF of the schematic would also be useful.Posted by slim16 on April 10, 2010 at 12:02:01 Pacific Time
