Ah, but what a great repost it is.

  3. PattiS says:

Reminds me of the famous redneck’s last words – “Hold my beer and watch this . . .”

  4. Fred says:

I keep hearing that distinctive Canadian uplift accent, and wait for him to say “ay?”

  5. Perf says:

All I can say is thank goodness for their good healthcare.

Ah… shouldn’t that be, “Thank goodness for their free health insurance”?

Slight difference. Personally, given the choice between good healthcare with poor insurance or poor healthcare with good insurance, I’ll take the good healthcare.

yah, i posted that last year – a year ago, becky didn’t know that – i think it’s ok :)

  7. Becky Stern says:

Yep, I guess I subconciously wanted to celebrate the year anniversary of this post. And @Perf, your point is well noted, I agree there’s a big difference between the two.

  8. Rich says:

The term “redneck” is racist and demeaning and should not be used by anyone, especially on the Make web site.

  9. redneck says:

Last time i checked redneck wasen’t a race, and if you think it is then you really are one.

  10. Beatnik Joe says:

Absolutely amazing. Those of us who missed it the first time around are grateful for the repost! :)

Oh, and I definitely agree with Perf and Becky that free healthcare does NOT = good healthcare!

  11. Chris says:

@Rich, Remind me what race “redneck” is targeting?
