This “Acceleration Sensing Glove”, similar in some ways to the sign-language translating glove, uses a 2 axis ADXL 202 accelerometer to input human hand gestures into computer interpreted symbols. Designed at UC Berkeley, the glove can also substitute for a mouse or any other simple input mechanism. Read more about its construction at the link below.
