Help us name our next Leatherman CS4! NOW!


We’re looking for a new name for the next edition of the Make: Leatherman Juice CS4! Got any suggestions? If we like yours, we’ll send you one of the tools when it comes out, sporting the new name!

But here’s the rub: We need your suggestions NOW, before tomorrow afternoon Pacific time. Please email your ideas to: name_me@makershed.com.

    So this new model has no pictures? The picture posted with this “plea” for help is of the current cs4 model called open sourcerer, right? so we’re supposed to name something for which we have no specifications at all? vapor wearer? blind sider? imagineerer? (Disney might object i suppose)

    It’s a Leatherman Juice CS4, the same model as the one I pointed to, same specs. This is just naming the next “special edition” batch that we’ll have laser-etched.

    Lets call this Octopussy , Its Trendy Else lets name it NONAGON , in Geometry nonagon a nine-sided polygon , This has technically Nine Arms or tentacles and it is surely a NONA , in other words its very unique in that all other technical numerical prefixes used for systematic names, such as mono-, are derived from Greek http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/nona-
    I am sure JAMES BOND would love to keep this handy along with his other trendy gadgets , So will I too . I am hoping you would like either of the name , NONAGON or Octopussy.
