Jean Willoughby

Jean Willoughby is a Project Coordinator at the Rural Advancement Foundation International and serves on the advisory board of Agrarian Trust. She is interested in sustainable agriculture, cooperative economics, and agricultural law.

Jean also has a love for documentary filmmaking. She recently attended the Documentary Video Institute at the Duke Center for Documentary Studies and co-directed a short film, A Slice of Toast, about a farm-to-fork restaurant run by a dedicated couple in Durham, NC.
