Have you been following the Instagram hijinks of a globetrotting African pygmy hedgehog named Biddy? If so, then you might recognize him in this exquisite embroidered portrait by Emillie Ferris.

It turns out that Ferris has a hedgehog of her own, but since it’s living in her garden, she opted to let it be and embroider Biddy’s likeness instead.
