When it comes to Halloween costumes, wearing wonky plastic wigs is always my least favorite part of the dressing up process. Luckily, Etsy has teamed up with Rachel from Handmade Charlotte to solve that problem with a bit of fabric tape, a whole lot of bulky yarn, and this awesome DIY yarn wig tutorial.
