   I would have thought that a conjoined twins idea is about as bad as the Tesco and asda mental health patient costumes

   Hi Laura, I think you’re right that a conjoined twin costume would be an insensitive halloween idea. I guess I’ve seen so many horror films involving victims being cut up and sewn together (much like the project suggests doing to those dolls) that this project didn’t strike me as a depiction of an actual medical condition despite the title, but I think the main difference here is that anything can become a scary halloween idea once the zombification element is added!
