How-To: Fabric Daffodils

I affectionately refer to my Brooklyn apartment as “the cave”. It’s a railroad-style layout—meaning that all rooms are in a straight line from the front of the building to the back—so I only have windows in the rooms at either end. Due to lack of light, I can’t actually grow plants in my studio, so this fabric daffodil tutorial from Staci at Crafty Staci would be a great option for adding a touch of springtime color to my workspace!
I really like that she combined fabrics with contrasting patterns for this project, because it gives the flowers a ton of unexpected depth and texture. She also came up with three different options for finishing the daffodils, so each flower in your bouquet can have its own unique look!

So very cute…I could see these as embellishments on a sweater or a cocktail hat…daffodils are the perfect for this time of year with Easter around the corner.
